I don’t know if anyone in here is aware but there is another app that gets you cash called Pogo. Fetch Rewards is a legit app that’s safe to use. I don’t actively go in the garbage or dumpster looking for them, but if I see them on the ground, or if my daughter buys something, I’ll scan those receipts on my app.
